Here is an old roadbed and a submerged bridge I scanned with my Humminbird Onix cSI unit this past weekend. I was doing snap shots for Humminbirds Customer Service department on an issue I was having with my Down Image view on the unit. (See prior Blog). The wind was blowing about 10 to 15 mph and the boat was rocking pretty good when I was scanning so I did not spend a lot of time with different angles of the roadbed and bridge. This view was scanned with 455 kHz, I’ll later do another scan using the 800 kHz to get a better quality image.
I had a chance to see the massive ship on Pickwick Lake on a recent fishing trip. The ship was the Delta Mariner and from what i understand it is used to transport the massive NASA rocket engines from Huntsville, Alabama to Houston, Texas about a four week trip. the back end of the ship is one large drop down door.
Ryan Setliff sent me this photo of a nice largemouth bass he caught on a recent fishing trip on one of the Bear Creek Watershed lakes in Franklin county, Alabama. Looks like this bass has already gone through the spawning process and has laid out all it’s eggs. I enjoyed talking with you at the store the other night Ryan and hope that new Humminbird 858 combo helps you catch a lot more bass this year and in the years to come. Keep sending me those photos….
I don’t think that our current administration in Washington was expecting this. Every one in America that is a believer in the Second Amendment needs to watch this short video. This is NOT a political statement this just concerns our rights to bear arms. Please view the video and post any comments you’d like regarding it.
